Clean, well-equipped rooms. Helpful staff stored luggage before check-in and even had it placed in my room ahead of my arrival. Convenient location next to tube and shopping center. Hassle-free stay with everything I needed. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. The location was perfect, right next to the tube station, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and complimentary water provided daily. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus stops just a few steps away. The surrounding area had a wide variety of restaurants and shops, offering plenty of options for dining and shopping.

One downside was the noise from the street, which could be bothersome at times. It would be advisable to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

We stayed at a hotel located right in the heart of a busy center, only a few steps away from the tube. The room was clean and tidy, with a double bed and an ensuite shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even offering to bring our suitcase downstairs upon departure. The hotel was conveniently situated close to Shepherds Bush station, making it easy to explore the city and reach other parts of London.

The noise from the street and traffic could be a bit bothersome if you're not accustomed to it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff here are absolutely incredible, from the moment we arrived they were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-decorated. Our room was spacious and quiet, with all the amenities we could ask for. The view from our window was amazing, overlooking the bustling streets. The soundproof windows made it even better! We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Great location, close to Shepherd's Bush tube station and O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire. Small, but comfortable rooms. Reasonable prices and helpful staff.

Felt like at home, nothing too much trouble.

I had a great stay at W12 Rooms! The room was small but very functional, with plenty of mirrors and facilities in the bathroom. The electronic features, like the light indicating do not disturb, were a nice touch. The location was excellent, right around the corner from Westfield where I parked my car. Despite facing a busy street, I wasn't disturbed at all. I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, right next to the underground station. The room was spotless and had great amenities like an electric kettle and air conditioning. The staff was amazing, especially the porter who helped us with our bags up to the 3rd floor.
